Said, I recently decided to mount my 32 inch LCD tft monitor, I went to my local IT specialist and suggested a selection of mounts. He specifically advised to pick a VESA designed compatible mount. I'd spent over two hundred pound for the monitor so did not particularly wish to risk the mount failing. The mount only supports screens up to 32inch (86cm), and mounts the screen with about 20mm from the wall. Once you have a set viewing angle, there is also a locking security screw provided. It only cost £7.99, convenience assured, easy to screw in, and came with all the fixings required.
